TULLIUS
A 16th share has become available in our four-year-old gelding Tullius (by Le Vie Dei Colori), an improving handicapper with excellent form over one mile on both the turf and the all-weather. Tullius has won or been placed in 7 of his ten races to date. Previously trained by Peter Winkworth, he has been moved for the 2012 season to Andrew Balding at Kingsclere.
At the end of the 2011 season, Tullius was rated 101 by Timeform, who said about him: 'Good-topped gelding: useful handicapper: won at Sandown in May: improved when neck second of 7 to Diverting at Pontefract last time, leading briefly final 1f despite not clear run: stays 9f: acts on polytrack, good to firm and good to soft ground'
The cost of a 1/16th share will be £3,000 valuing the horse at £48,000, with a further £550 to cover training and insurance costs from 1st November 2011 through to 31st March 2012. Two further charges will be made during the season to cover training, racing and management charges.
